Professor Christo J. Botha is the department head of the Department of Public Law at the University of Pretoria. He has directed and taught a ten-week "Certificate Programme in Legislative Drafting."		Shawn Reynolds is the Associate Director of the Center for International Education and Development Assistance and the director of the Indiana University International Resource Center.
